  • The latest ad shows a shot of parents holding a baby, as well as an elderly woman
  • This is the fourth ad released by Trump-affiliated groups that features clips from Russia

A new pro-Trump campaign ad released last week in critical swing states uses images and videos from Russia and Belarus.

Last Thursday, America First Action SuperPAC released the “Pandemic Tax” ad in Florida, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin. It is the fourth pro-Trump ad within three months that features actors in stock footage from Russia, Politico reported.

The ad begins by accusing President Trump’s Democratic challenger Joe Biden of “supporting higher taxes on all of us” if he wins the November election. At the 14-second mark, the ad features a shot of new parents holding a baby in front of a window.

The footage is owned by a user named Konstantin Mikidov. According to his Facebook page, he is located in Novosibirsk, Siberia. The footage is available for sale on Pond5 and Shuttershock.

The ad displayed other foreign footage directly after Kmikidov’s. In the second clip, an older woman can be seen staring out a window while the phrase “HIGHER TAXES ON MIDDLE-CLASS RETIREMENT” appears on screen.

The second clip was uploaded by “Zdyma4”. His profile on LinkedIn listed the name Viachaslau Rutkouski and said that he works as a photographer in Belarus, a close Russian ally. The footage is sold on iStockphoto for $60.

Kelly Sadler, a spokesperson for America First Action, said they had used footage taken in China for previous ads, including one of Biden speaking at Sichuan University, The Hill reported.

This is the fourth time a pro-Trump group has released an ad that features stock footage from Russia. Last month,

More than 1,352 sexual images of children found on computer of man convicted of kiddie porn: police

WILLIAMSPORT — A Williamsport man on probation in a child pornography case has been accused of possessing 1,352 sexual images and videos of very young children.

Wayne Stanford Keen, 39, was charged Friday with three counts of sexual abuse of children and recommitted to the Lycoming County Prison without bail.

He had been committed in August on a probation violation when a county probation officer discovered in his residence a laptop computer containing sexually explicit material.

The images found on the computer were “very bad, very graphic,” said County Detective William Weber, who filed the charges. The majority of them were of toddlers and infants, he said.

The probation officer was at Keen’s residence on Aug. 7 on a routine field check when she noticed the computer hooked up to the Internet with a tab open to a story, the arrest affidavit states.

After determining the story was about a 4-year-old child, the officer shut down the computer and took Keen into custody.

The computer was sent to a state police forensic computer lab where it was determined there were 1,352 child abuse images and videos, many of them toddlers and infants being sexually abused, Weber said.

Also recovered, he said, were numerous erotic stories and emails indicating Keen allegedly was sharing them. More than 600,000 items were on the laptop but only the 1,352 images were captured, he said.

Keen was on probation because he had pleaded no contest August 2017 to a child pornography charge brought by the state attorney general’s office.

He was sentenced to six months to a year in prison followed by four years’ probation.

New Brain-Computer Interface Transforms Thoughts to Images

Achieving the next level of brain-computer interface (BCI) advancement, researchers at the University of Helsinki used artificial intelligence (AI) to create a system that uses signals from the brain to generate novel images of what the user is thinking and published the results earlier this month in Scientific Reports.

“To the best of our knowledge, this is the first study to use neural activity to adapt a generative computer model and produce new information matching a human operator’s intention,” wrote the Finnish team of researchers.

The brain-computer interface industry holds the promise of innovating future neuroprosthetic medical and health care treatments. Examples of BCI companies led by pioneering entrepreneurs include Bryan Johnson’s Kernel and Elon Musk’s Neuralink.

Studies to date on brain-computer interfaces have demonstrated the ability to execute mostly limited, pre-established actions such as two-dimensional cursor movement on a computer screen or typing a specific letter of the alphabet. The typical solution uses a computer system to interpret brain-signals linked with stimuli to model mental states. Seeking to create a more flexible, adaptable system, the researchers created an artificial system that can imagine and output what a person is visualizing based on brain signals. The researchers report that their neuroadaptive generative modeling approach is “a new paradigm that may strongly impact experimental psychology and cognitive neuroscience.”

The University of Helsinki researchers used a combination of a generative neural network with neuroadaptive brain interfacing to create a new BCI paradigm. Neuroadaptive generative modeling is the estimation of a person’s intentions via adapting a generative model to neural activity. To expand capabilities and not be limited to pre-defined categories, the researchers based the solution on a generative adversarial network (GAN) to generate novel information from a latent representation of an input space.

Generative adversarial networks are a relatively recent

Utilizing Photos And Images Legally On Your Website

Google has begun rolling out its cellular-first index, which is a direct shift to one of the vital necessary shifts in consumer behaviour. Schuby – I would love to listen to what teens really feel about these websites. Surprisingly, this check also confirmed that a simplified model “web design” was used as a search query 4 TIMES as often as the two word “website design”. A seek for website design is searched for greater than twice as many instances as its two-word counterpart web page design.

Because the agreements already exist on your use of photographs in your website, I am unable to change the contracts you signed, however it is something you must examine next time you organise for photos to be taken in your website. I spent lots of time on that website just a few years in the past, and I beloved it. Simply to mention: there are some older people there (of their early to mid twenties) however they’re all very nice and everybody treats one another as a friend.

Among the finest classes I learnt a very long time in the past is if you recognize what you want, then hearken to the people who have the results you want. The Chicago Manual of Type On-line recognizes that a lot of people are writing and like the one phrase model “website” for informal and pleasant writing.

Dribble is also great for people who aren’t designers however simply love to understand the art of design. Fb additionally cracks down on anybody making an attempt to “sell” a web page, or use their web page as a way to solicit affiliate links or spam an inventory of followers. Edit the settings so the positioning map “talks” to Google and the opposite search engines like google as soon …
